About tickets

Q Do you sell same-day tickets?: A
Tickets can be purchased from the Lawson Ticket sales website until the start of admission on the day of the event.
If admission is not restricted due to congestion, we will be happy to sell tickets at the reception desk on the day of the event; please ask a staff member on site.

Q Can I cancel a purchased ticket?: A
Please note that ticket cancellations, including changes in admission time, will not be accepted in principle.

Q Is proof of age required to purchase a student ticket?: A
If you are a student, please present your student ID card or other proof at the time of admission.

Q Can I reserve a ticket via phone call?: A
We do not accept phone reservations.

Q How do I purchase a ticket and what are the accepted payment methods?: A
Please purchase from Lawson Ticket sales website.
*Various payment methods, including credit cards, are accepted.

Q Are there discount tickets for individuals with special needs?: A
We are sorry, but we do not offer discount tickets for individuals with special needs.

Q Do I need to purchase tickets for preschooler?: A
There is no need to purchase a ticket for preschoolers. Accompanying parents must purchase a ticket.

Q How long is the event?: A
While the duration may vary for each exhibit, we anticipate that it will take approximately 60 minutes to experience all the content.

Q Can children of elementary school age or younger enter alone?: A
Children (elementary school students and younger) must be accompanied by parents over the age of 20.

Q Will there be any entry restrictions?: A
Admission may be restricted due to congestion.

Q How long does it take to enter?: A
There may be a waiting time when it is crowded.

Q Can I enter with a stroller or luggage (e.g. suitcases)?: A
Entry with a stroller or carrier bag is not permitted for the exhibition area. Please use the venue's cloakroom.

Q Is it possible to enter with a wheelchair?: A
Yes, entry with a wheelchair is possible.
Please note that there is a limit to the number of wheelchair-accessible spots, and you may need to wait for entry.

Q Does the venue have parking?: A
There is no dedicated parking lot for this event, so please use the venue facilities or nearby parking lots.

Q Can I eat and drink at the venue?: A
Eating and drinking on-site is prohibited.

Q Can I take photos and videos inside the venue? Can I post photos and videos on social media platforms?: A
Taking photos and videos / sharing them on social media is permitted for a portion of the contents. Additionally, the following acts are prohibited.
・Use of equipments such as monopods and tripods.
・Flash photography
・Photography or coverage for commercial purposes without prior consent/permission.
・Other acts that may cause trouble for other customers.
